You retain all rights to the data you enter into Paystub, including client information, invoice details, and business information. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send fraudulent invoices, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or to interfere with or disrupt the Service.
Paystub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Paystub is not an accounting, tax, or legal service. Invoices generated through Paystub are created based on information you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with applicable tax laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at help@paystub.one.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
